You may return items from 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We don’t cover shipping costs for returns. (We can provide the label to make it easier for you and deduct it from the amount paid)
The item that you're returning should be repackaged with all the cords, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it.

Once our Lifepro Care Specialists receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are two buddies who not long ago suffered from severe ACL injuries just a few months apart. Desperate to get back to our full health, we purchased multiple pieces of equipment and began in-home rehab. These products left us frustrated. There was no support, no well-thought-out plan to follow, and no results. You’ve been there too, disappointed by fitness equipment that makes big promises but leaves you hanging when the going gets tough. Getting fit, losing weight, or recovering from an injury are all incredibly difficult tasks. We founded Lifepro Fitness because no one should have to go on this journey alone. Lifepro is a vibrant community where people striving to achieve their fitness goals can find all the equipment they need, clear workout routines to follow, and support to keep them motivated and on track, all in one place.
Lifepro fitness is not about us. It’s about you.
